8 years & counting, MCG yet to take over DLF 1-3 in Gurgaon

The Municipal Corporation of Gurugram (MCG) continues to delay taking over maintenance of DLF phases 1-3, citing lack of funds and manpower. Despite orders from the chief minister and DTCP since 2016, the MCG claims it needs financial assistance from the developer. DLF, however, links the takeover to the issuance of a completion certificate, yet to be granted.
