Maharashtra: CBI arrests 7 public servants, recovers huge cash, documents of immovable properties in Mumbai

The CBI arrested seven SEEPZ-SEZ officials, including a Joint and Deputy Development Commissioner, in a bribery case. Searches uncovered ₹61.5 lakh in cash, documents related to 27 properties, and three luxury vehicles. Officials allegedly solicited bribes through middlemen for favors like space allotment and disposal of imported goods.
