				Institutional investment in Indian real estate reached a record USD 8.87 billion in 2024, a 51% surge driven by robust housing, office, and warehousing demand.  Foreign investors contributed 63% of the total, with residential attracting the largest share (45%), followed by office (28%) and warehousing (23%).
