One-third of CXO-level job seekers misrepresented their CVs: Report

A KPMG report reveals CV discrepancies among Indian jobseekers. One-third of CXO level candidates misrepresented information. Two-thirds of all applicants had inaccuracies. Issues included undisclosed reasons for leaving previous jobs. Discrepancies in employment history were also common. Men often exaggerated job details. Women were more likely to inflate qualifications.
