Landsec buys Liverpool One, now owns seven of top UK malls

Landsec has made another major acquisition and this one is a biggie — it’s acquired a 92% stake in Liverpool One, which is among the top UK supermalls, from the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority and Grosvenor for £490m.
