Belarus sees rising global inequality as source of social discord

The world's rising inequality is a source of social discord, Belarusian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Yuri Ambrazevich said during the 7th meeting of the CICA Council of Ministers held via video conference on 17 December.
