Using credit online

Trying to buy a ticket for the Lincoln game, got £17 worth of credit in my account from using the ticket exchange earlier this season. Does anyone know how/if you can apply it when you checkout online? Or do I have to ring up.

(Just tried the latter and I was 25 in the queue #CupFever)
