Weather in Finnish capital region to fluctuate wildly in coming days

PEOPLE in the Finnish capital region should brace for varying weather this week.

Jari Tuovinen, an on-duty meteorologist at the Finnish Meteorological Institute (FMI), told Helsingin Sanomat on Sunday that the capital region will experience temperatures that bounce around the freezing point and rains that come and go roughly every other day.
