Government wants Indian Road Congress to develop international standards for tunnel, bridge construction

Addressing the Assocham’s Annual Infrastructure Conference on Tuesday, road transport and highways minister Nitin Gadkari urged IRC to develop a common policy and standards for construction of bridges and tunnels, saying it will help all stakeholders and ensure best quality construction.
