Varun Beverages shares jump nearly 2% on acquiring 40% stake in Lunarmech

Varun Beverages share price: Varun Beverages' shares rose 1.7% after acquiring a 39.93% stake in Lunarmech, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary. The acquisition was valued at Rs 200 crore.
