IT industry boosts freshers' hiring as growth resumes

As the IT industry grows, outsourcing firms are hiring more junior and entry-level employees to reduce costs and bring in younger engineers. This expansion will stabilise margins with the operating metrics. After nearly seven quarters, top Indian IT companies added over 17,500 employees in the September quarter.
