HDFC Bank gets another warning letter from Sebi, second in a week

HDFC Bank received its second warning from Sebi within a week, this time for a three-day delay in disclosing the resignation of senior employee Arvind Kapil and failing to explain the delay. Sebi viewed the violations seriously, warning the Bank to avoid recurrence and take corrective measures. The regulator directed the Bank to place its response before the Board and disclose it to exchanges.
