School closings, delays in New York due to snow

NEW YORK (PIX11) – Schools across New York are delayed or closed on Monday morning due to snow coming down in the tri-state area.

A winter weather advisory is in effect for northern Westchester, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Ulster and Dutchess counties in New York. Morris, western Passaic and Warren counties in New Jersey are also under the advisory.

• Chappaqua Central School District: 2-hour delay
• East Ramapo Central School District: 2-hour delay

• Fallsburg Central School District: 2-hour delay
• Goshen Central School District: 2-hour delay
• Hendrick Hudson School District: Closed
• Highland Falls-Fort Montgomery Central School District: 2-hour delay
• Kingston City School District: 2-hour delay
• Liberty Central School District: 2-hour delay
• Monticello Central School District: 2-hour delay
• Newburgh Enlarged City School District: 2-hour delay
• New Paltz Central School District: 2-hour delay
• Onteora Central School District: 2-hour delay
