Tate McRae Pops in Plaid Burberry Check Baby Pumps at Jingle Ball 2024 in New York
Tate McRae served up major footwear looks at the 2024 Jingle Ball held at New York’s historic Madison Square Garden on Dec. 13.
Ahead of her performance, the “That Way” singer took the red carpet in a pair of plaid Burberry pumps. Retailing for $890 via the designer brand’s website, the Check Baby style featured black and white plaid uppers. Said uppers are made of a mix of 65% polyester and 35% cotton.
The printed style was in a neutral “Black/Calico” colorway as opposed to Burberry’s iconic “Alabaster” plaid print. Bulbous rounded toes gave way to cushy quilted insoles and the brand’s instantly recognizable Equestrian Knight design printed on the soles. 3.4-inch stiletto heels rounded out the set, offering McRae a subtle boost while traversing the red carpet.
For her stage look, the “Exes” songstress sported what looked to be chunky white combat boots in a lace-up style. Adding extra drama, McRae also wore white leather legwarmers, evoking those cozy Christmas vibes.
Paired with her plaid pumps, McRae wore a lengthy olive green coat paired with a preppy tie, a white button up and micro shorts. Partnered with her combat boots, the musician wore a white corsetted top with rhinestone trim accompanied by matching micro shorts.
Last year, the breakout Canadian star performed her hit song “Greedy” from her sophomore album “Think Later,” which was released on Dec. 8 via RCA Records ahead of her 2024 world tour. McRae was a “2023 Billboard Music Awards” finalist for Top Dance/Electronic Song for the second consecutive year for her Tiësto-led track “10:35.”
