S. Sudan beats Somalia as U17 AFCON qualifiers kick off in Uganda

KAMPALA, Dec. 15 (Xinhua) -- The Under-17 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers for the CECAFA Zone kicked off on Sunday in Kampala, Uganda.
