Powerful Cyclone Chido hits Mayotte, Mozambique in southeastern Africa

Tropical Cyclone Chido struck southeast Africa, killing 14 in France's Indian Ocean territory of Mayotte on Saturday and then hitting Mozambique on Sunday.
