IIT (BHU) faculty honoured with the IEEE MTT-S outstanding volunteer award for 2024

Somak Bhattacharyya, an IIT (BHU) Electronics Department faculty member, received the 2024 IEEE MTT-S Outstanding Volunteer Award. His contributions to microwave technology in India and Sri Lanka were recognized at the IEEE MAPCON in Hyderabad. Bhattacharyya's leadership as the IIT (BHU) IEEE MTT-S Student Branch Chapter advisor led to the chapter receiving outstanding awards.
