Following the heated exchange in the pink-ball Test, the Gabba crowd is being harsh towards Mohammed Siraj on Day 2 of the third Test as well. He got booed by the Australian crowd whenever the ball goes towards his side. The crowd was no quiet when Siraj flipped the bails of Labuschagne.
In the very next over, Marnus went with a drive outside the off stump, where he got caught by Virat Kohli. As soon as Kohli secured the catch, he gestured the Australian crowd to be quiet by putting a finger on his lips.

This was the second catch of the first session. The first wicket was of opener Nathan McSweeney, where he edged a ball off Jasprit Bumrah and fell right into his lap..
Australia lost three wickets in total in the first session on Day 2. The team began the day at 28 for no loss in 13.2 overs, and managed to score 104/3 by the time it was lunch break.
