Owen Wilson Joins Matt Rife In Upcoming Comedy 'Rolling Loud,' Role Details Revealed
Owen Wilson and Matt Rife are set to star in the upcoming movie Rolling Loud together!
The 56-year-old actor joins the 29-year-old comedian, who was previously announced, in the comedy, which starts production this weekend at the 2024 Rolling Loud Festival in Miami, according to Deadline.

The upcoming movie is inspired by a true story and “follows an overprotective father (Wilson) who makes the worst parenting decision of his life when he sneaks his 13-year-old son into the world’s largest hip-hop music festival, setting off a chaotic adventure with his reckless co-worker (Rife) and an eccentric festival volunteer as they navigate wild crowds, security, and their own family dynamics.”
American High‘s Jeremy Garelick is directing the feature, from a script he wrote, with a release date set for 2025.
In March, Matt is set to head back out on the road for his Stay Golden arena tour!
He also just released his first memoir, “Your Mom’s Gonna Love Me.”
