VOA Persian: Iran faces return of organized blackouts

An official from TAVANIR, Iran's power generation and distribution company, has announced the initiation of organized blackouts starting Saturday. The move comes despite earlier government claims about the sufficiency of the electricity supply in Iran and parliament's emphasis on prioritizing household energy needs.
