Former Defense Department official gets 18 months in prison for interstate dogfighting

The Justice Department said Friday former Department of Defense Deputy Chief Frederick Douglass Moorefield, Jr. has been sentenced to 18 months in federal prison for participating in a multi-state dogfighting conspiracy.
