Lane and ramp changes to narrow northbound I-475 to 1 lane Saturday

Cold weather overnight prompted the Ohio Department of Transportation to delay traffic changes planned Saturday along I-475/U.S. 23 in Maumee by several hours, but it still expected to have a third lane open by day’s end.
