NOC president congratulates Degtyarev on election as head of Russian Olympic Committee

On behalf of the National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Belarus, NOC President Viktor Lukashenko has sent greetings to new head of the Russian Olympic Committee Mikhail Degtyarev.
