NY Rep. Ritchie Torres calls on Gov. Hochul to close ghost gun loopholes after United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson’s murder

In a letter fired off to Gov. Hochul Wednesday and obtained by The Post, Bronx Rep. Ritchie Torres called for a "complete and comprehensive prohibition of ghost guns" across New York.
