Shares of Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders and Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers (GRSE) declined by up to 4.3% on Friday following a setback in India’s $6 billion plan to build submarines, due to contractor complaints about the proper procedures being followed during sea tests.
