Court refuses registration of FIR against Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge

A Delhi court declined to order an FIR against Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge over alleged hate speech targeting BJP and RSS during a Karnataka election rally in April 2023. While acknowledging the complaint, the court stated the complainant, an RSS member, possessed all necessary evidence and could proceed with presenting it.
