Marius Borg Hoiby is under investigation for ANOTHER sexual offence: Future Queen of Norway's son is suspected of FOURTH case after 'raping a woman' in the royal palace

Norwegian media on Wednesday reported that Hoiby is under investigation for a new offense believed to have occurred 'a few hundred metres away' from Skaugum Estate.
