News24 | North West MEC ordered to pay R30 000 damages for pupil hit on hand by teacher

The North West High Court in Mahikeng has ordered Education MEC Viola Motsumi to pay R30 000 in damages for a Grade R pupil who was hit on the hand with a knobkierie by a primary school teacher in 2015.
