Local lawmaker’s proposed flag-planting bill causes stir on social media

State Rep. Josh Williams’ proposed bill, also called the O.H.I.O. Sportsman Act, spread quickly on social media Wednesday. The bill from Sylvania Township’s state representative would make planting a flag at midfield at Ohio Stadium a fifth-degree felony.
