Facebook, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Threads are down, say reports. What is wrong with Meta products?

Recent reports are saying that all the Meta products namely Facebook, WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram throughout the world are down. According to the Outage tracking website there is something seriously wrong with the products from Meta.
