Yash Highvoltage's Rs 110 crore SME IPO opened today, closing December 16th. The company offers shares at Rs 138-146 apiece, aiming to list on the BSE SME platform. Proceeds will fund a new factory for transformer bushing production. GMP suggests a strong premium in the unlisted market.
