Progress in Southern California wildfire battle, but threat continues

High winds posed a continuing threat to parts of Southern California hit by explosive wildfires. More than a dozen homes were destroyed or damaged, and thousands remained under evacuation orders or warnings. NBC News' Dana Griffin reports.
