Community-led farming initiative restores wastelands, rural incomes in North India

In North India, vast tracts of land turned into wasteland in recent years as farmers abandoned cultivating their fields because it was unprofitable. Now some farmers have come together to restore these lands in an initiative that is helping rural women raise their income. Anjana Pasricha reports.
