Life as a performer

After graduating from Bird College of performing arts, Alice toured the UK as a professional dancer and performer.

Then, she decided to hang up her dancing shoes and became a personal trainer.

She started working at a top boutique in London but eventually moved to Third Space Soho for one-on-one meetings with clients.

Becoming a personal trainer

Alice said that she decided to qualify as a personal trainer after experiencing a “lifestyle change”.

She discovered that she enjoyed the mental and physical benefits of keeping fit and wanted to share that experience with others.

That led her to put together a series of training sessions and meal-plans to help her fans feel healthier.

Her fitness regime has been extremely popular and has given her the opportunity to work with stars including Jodie Comer, Suranne Jones and Maya Jama

Alice’s incredible success has allowed her to launch two activewear collections with Primark

Her two fashion lines became bestsellers and one of them even won a Draper’s award for the best influencer collaboration.

She has also released several successful books including The Body Bible, Eat Well Every Day and Everyday Fitness.
