Sudan 'biggest humanitarian crisis ever recorded', International Rescue Committee says

Sudan topped the ICR's watchlist of global humanitarian crises for the second year in a row in a report released Wednesday. The organization said a total of 30.4 million people were in humanitarian need in the war-torn African country, making it the world's single biggest humanitarian crisis ever recorded.
