1. CALL TO ORDER
- The meeting was called to order by the President at 6:45pm
2. CHAIRMAN’S OPENING REMARKS
- The President read an Indigenous land acknowledgment and welcomed everyone to the meeting.
3. CORRESPONDENCE
- BC Archery Association – Club Affiliation received for 2025
4. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING

5. REPORTS
- Vice President: Nothing significant to report at this time.Reminder if you help out with kids classes or JOP or are coaching, you need to have a criminal record check done. 2024 Membership renewals going well.
- Treasurer: Club finances are in good shape. New membership fees coming in. Biggest recent expensed were new butts. Budget accepted unanimously
- Secretary: correspondence noted above.
6. BUSINESS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES
- None
7. NEW BUSINESS
- Old butts being sold to Abbotsford archery
- Upcoming rental owed to property owner for equipment container storage in Metchosin.
- Registration and organization going well for upcoming Winter Archery Tournament.
