'The Toledo Papers' is filled with stories on city’s history

From “Pretty Boy” Floyd’s robbery of a bank in Sylvania, to when a cholera pandemic struck Toledo, local author Tedd Long has compiled a colorful history of Toledo’s past in his latest book, The Toledo Papers.
