Rochester man accused of having sexual relations with two underage sisters

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – A Rochester man has been arrested accused of having sexual relations with two underage sisters.

According to officials, the Erie County Sheriff's Office responded to a home in North Collins on October 18 to follow up on the report of rape of a minor.

Officials said after investigation they found that a 12-year-old had allegedly started communicating with Ahmed Yaqoob, age 25, on October 17 through a dating app called 'Pure'. Yaqoob allegedly made arrangements to meet the 12-year-old at her home, and took the girl and her 14-year-old sister into his vehicle when he arrived.

Officials then stated that Yaqoob allegedly drove both girls to the area of Zoar Valley Road in Concord where he had sexual relations with both girls and recorded the incident on his cell phone.

On October 24, investigators searched Yaqoob's cell phone and allegedly found two videos of the incident that had been recorded and deleted from the device on the respective date and times.

Yaqoob has been charged with criminal complaint with production and possession of child pornography which carries a mandatory minimum penalty of 15 years and a maximum of 30 years in prison.
