Toledo Mobis employees say company will bring back full time employees for pay cut

After auto-manufacturer Hyundai Mobis North America submitted a WARN notice in November laying off more than 200 workers, employees said the company is now offering those laid off to come back to their full-time jobs — for half the pay.
