Pleasant day ahead, much colder Thursday
What We’re Tracking
- Warmer for Wednesday
- Temperatures swings
- Dry conditions
No frost on the windshield this morning for many folks as temperatures have only dropped down into the upper 30s and lower 40s. Some isolated spots have dipped to around the freezing mark. The wind in the morning hours is out of the south, but it'll become a north wind this afternoon.
High temperatures today will be in the lower 50s. These temperatures will be slightly above average for early December. More cold air will follow, bringing temperatures back to the low 30s by Thursday. This week we'll see fluctuating temperatures as two different air masses battle.
By the weekend, the warmer air mass wins the battle. Temperatures are expected to rise into the upper 50s and lower 60s, providing a brief break from the cold weather. Rain chances slim to none throughout the week.
