Trump vows revenge on Milley by again making him Chairman of Joint Chiefs

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Sources within the Trump transition team say President Donald Trump will exact vengeance on the 20th Chairmen of the Joint Chiefs by recalling him to active duty — but not to face court martial. Milley will instead face a far more severe punishment: having to serve as chairman under Trump again.

“OH FUCK ME! ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS??? FUCK MY LIFE!” Milley said when reached for comment.

President-elect Donald Trump and the former Chairman have no love lost. Their animosity, bordering on hatred, is well known and has been well documented.

Milley recently called Trump “fascist to the core” and “the most dangerous person to this country.” For his part, the President-elect has suggested Milley should be executed for Milley’s actions following January 6th.

Milley, who was commissioned in 1980 and successfully completed the Jumpmaster and Combat Diver courses and earned the Ranger and Special Forces tabs, served as Chairman of the Army from 2017 to 2019 and as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff from 2019 to 2023.

“Holy shit, dude,” said retired Adm. William McRaven, a Navy SEAL officer who served as the commander of U.S. Special Operations Command. “I’d rather go through Hell Week again than work for that guy.”

Meanwhile, former Trump Chief of Staff John Kelly was unavailable for comment. The retired Marine Corps general has also feuded publicly with the President-elect after disclosing alleged comments Trump made lauding Hitler’s generals and calling dead U.S. service members “suckers and losers.” Like Milley, Kelly has also called Trump a fascist.

Efforts to get a statement from Kelly at his home were unsuccessful. No one would open the door at Kelly’s residence, but a male using what has been described as a comically deep voice responded from behind a closed door, saying, “Uhhhh…John? No…uh…he’s not here. Definitely not here, ehhh…I think he went hiking in Argentina. Now get off my…I mean his…property!”

Milley will be the first officer in U.S. history to serve two non-consecutive terms as the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
