Two dead after east Columbus shooting

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- Two people are dead after a shooting on Columbus' east side Tuesday night.

Officers responded to a call of a shooting at approximately 9:46 p.m. on the 1200 block of Carolwood Avenue, according to a Columbus police dispatcher.

One victim was pronounced dead at the scene at 10 p.m. The second victim was taken to a local hospital in critical condition, where they were later pronounced dead at 10:26 p.m

There is no information on a suspect or what led to the shooting at this time.
