Rollercoaster temperatures for the next few days
What We’re Tracking
- Cold morning
- Temperatures swings
- Dry conditions
Yet another morning with a hard freeze. Temperatures have fallen down into the teens with wind chills in some spots getting down into the single digits. The sky is clear and we won't see much cloud cover this afternoon either.
We start to warm things up quickly, with temperatures reaching the lower 40s by the afternoon and the lower 50s by Wednesday. These temperatures will be slightly above average for early December. More cold air will follow, bringing temperatures back to the low 30s by Thursday. This week we'll see fluctuating temperatures as two different air masses battle.
By the weekend, the warmer air mass wins the battle. Temperatures are expected to rise into the upper 50s and lower 60s, providing a brief break from the cold weather. Rain chances slim to none throughout the week.
