Bryan tries criminal case against storefront church's operator for code violations

BRYAN — To Bryan Fire Chief Douglas Pool, the fundamental problem at the Dad’s Place Church on Main Street since early this year has been that crisis housing has been offered to the public without a code-compliant means to suppress a fire should one break out.
