Watch: U.S. Capitol Christmas Tree lighting

Watch as 4th grader Rose Burke lights the Capitol Christmas Tree in D.C. Burke received the honor to light the tree after winning an essay contest. The tree is an 80-foot Alaskan Sitka spruce from Tongass National Forest.
