Nisus Finance Services launches its SME IPO aiming to raise Rs 114 crore with shares priced between Rs 170-180 apiece. The IPO includes a fresh equity sale of Rs 101 crore and an offer for sale of 7 lakh shares. The issue, managed by Beeline Capital Advisors and Skyline Financial Services, opens on December 4 and closes on December 6.
