IndiGo drags Mahindra Electric to court for trademark infringement of its 6E code

IndiGo's parent company, InterGlobe Aviation, has approached the Delhi High Court, claiming Mahindra Electric Automobiles has infringed on their '6E' trademark. Mahindra plans to use '6e' in its upcoming electric SUV. Both companies are in discussions to resolve the issue. The case is set for a hearing on December 9. Mahindra states their mark, 'BE 6e,' differs from IndiGo's '6E'.
