Jaiprakash Associates offers more than NARCL, but creditors wary

Jaiprakash Associates (JAL) has presented a ₹16,000-crore settlement offer to avoid bankruptcy, proposing an initial ₹4,000 crore payment after nine months and the remaining ₹12,000 crore over three years. Banks are evaluating this along with NARCL's ₹12,000 crore offer as JAL's insolvency case continues with the NCLAT.
