Who is Narain Singh Chaura, the former Khalistani militant behind the attack on Sukhbir Badal at Golden Temple?

Shiromani Akali Dal chief Sukhbir Singh Badal was shot at by Narain Singh Chaura outside the Golden Temple in Amritsar. Badal, who was in a wheelchair, escaped unhurt as the bullet missed and hit a wall. Chaura, a former militant, was overpowered by people near the temple and arrested. Badal survived the attempt on his life.
