Hero Electric moves Delhi High Court over FAME-II subsidy fraud probe

Hero Electric has approached the Delhi High Court against the Ministry of Corporate Affairs' directive for an SFIO probe into allegations of misuse of subsidies under the FAME-II scheme. The court instructed Hero Electric to engage with ministry officials and suspended any government action pending a report on resolution attempts, scheduling the next hearing for December 2024.
